How Our Dropship Program Works

Once your account is approved, you can view our wholesale pricing live on the website.  Then you place the order for your customer and we ship the product.

Policies and Shipping Info

  • We ship orders to YOUR customers
  • Our MAP Policy is 25% off MSRP
  • A valid resale or exemption certificate must be provided to EcoGear FX
  • Shipping methods include USPS and UPS

Shipping Fees
Each order is charged a flat shipping fee based on the product weight. Please reference the current shipping fees listed below.

  • Small Items – Under 1 pound (e.g. Flashlights, Belts, Gloves):
    $7.00 ($2.00 for each additional item)
  • Medium Items – Over 1 pound (e.g. Backpacks or products over 1 pound):
    $14.00 ($4.00 for each additional item)

    Most orders are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage (3-5 Day Delivery). For bulk orders such as wholesale, we use UPS Ground and the wholesale customer pays UPS real-time shipping rates. The shipping fee is discounted by more than 20%.

    *Shipping fees are “subject to change” due to highly volatile market conditions, updated trade policies, and annual rate adjustments by carriers.

Product Inventory

Upon account approval, a link to download an inventory CSV / Excel File will be available.  The file includes all product info and product images so you can perform an import into your website.  The inventory file is updated weekly and made available by a unique downloadable link.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get a list of products and images for my website?
After you have been approved as a drop shipper, we will provide you with a CSV file that includes product details, images, and prices.

How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?
It all depends on your customers’ delivery address. The estimated delivery time to US residents is between 3-5 business days.

My order has been dispatched, can I track it?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Can I have items shipped to my address instead of directly to my customers?
Yes, items can be shipped directly to your address.

How are product return handled?
There is a 30 day return available if the customer is not satisfied or if the product is damaged. If the product is new, the product must be in resellable condition. The product MUST also be in the original packaging where the packaging is NOT damaged (i.e. torn, smashed, etc.). All user manuals and accessories must also be included. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper use, sun damage or the natural breakdown of colors and material over time.

Once the product has been received, verified it is in new resellable condition with original packaging, a refund will be issued. If there are any missing parts or there are signs of normal wear and tear, the product might be returned to the customer or a partial refund will be issued. Refunds to wholesale/dropship accounts are made in the form of a credit.
